Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
1.2 Refund Process
- Submit a refund request at rahimfarm@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To cancel, contact us at rahimfarm@gmail.com or through your account dashboard as soon as possible.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.
